KNOW THIS FIRST:

ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS MADE ARE NOT REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON WITH NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

YOU MAY ASK -- CAN I TRANSFER MY DEPOSIT? – TRANSFERABLE TO ANOTHER LITTER OR ANOTHER FAMILY MEMBER- MAY BE POSSIBLE IN CERTAIN INSTANCES! (This will be decided at our discretion)

 

YOU MAY ASK – IS MY MONEY REFUNDABLE --

NO IT IS NOT -DO NOT ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT UNLESS YOU ARE 100% SURE IT IS RIGHT FOR YOU!!

     How our deposits work:

 

 

We here at Country Charm Chihuahuas have two types of deposit options available. The first deposit available is a waiting list pre-litter deposit  (AKA: pick deposit). This option is for those that

                                                                     know and have studied our dogs

                                                           AND know they want a certain puppy from a certain pairing

                                                           AND want to ensure their pick from an upcoming litter.

If you are considering this as an option, please remember that because of the variable sizes of the litters, this does not always guarantee a puppy from a specific litter, but from a mating pair, and is dependent on your placement order. Also keep in mind: we, as owners, shall ALWAYS reserve right to the 'owners pick' as pick before any other. "Owners pick" may shift the remaining picks to the next available puppy . ("Owners pick" may be honored or passed upon at our discretion)

 

Example: If you chose to be “1st pick”, and we chose to honor our “Owners Pick” for a litter between MOTHER and FATHER, and there are 4 born, then 'owners pick' would come first “1st pick” would be the next available followed by “2nd pick” and so forth. If you had “4th pick”, would be bumped will be “1st pick” on next litter from same pairing, or you can transfer this pick to another litter(when/if available).

 

Again, this deposit IS NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON, although in this case, transferable to another pairing; however, you will be placed at the bottom of any standing order of picks for that litter.

 

When puppies are born and your pick is made, the pre-pick deposit is then transferred and subtracted from (our second deposit known as) the “hold deposit” amount.

 

Here at Country Charm Chihuahuas, our most common deposit is actually our second deposit available. This deposit is our “standard hold deposit”. Your wait list deposit is transferred to our standard hold deposit, and a new hold deposit contract must be signed, and payment made. Once arrangements have been made, your updated contract must be completed and returned, and deposit fulfillment has to be received and paid in full within 5 business days or your pick will be forfeited as well as any previous partial payments made. This deposit secures your puppy during the duration of growth. You will be contacted thought this time as your puppy grows up. You can make full or partial payments if you would like during this time. Any payments received will not be refundable. Should an issue arise, any payments or deposits received will be transferred to another puppy or to a pick from a future litter.

 

Example: You place pick deposit for “1st pick” in the amount of $300 and puppies have been born. You make your pick, and $500 hold deposit becomes active. Your pre-pick deposit transfers over and gets deducted from the hold deposit. $500 minus $300 means that an additional $200 now becomes due to secure your puppy. IMPORTANT! If for any reason, the remaining balance payment is not discussed and/or received within 5 business days from day of birth, then the Pre-pick deposit AND your pick WILL BE FORFIETED!

This “Pick” Deposit agreement is a contractual agreement between ____________________________ and Country Charm Chihuahuas for the 1st / 2nd / 3rd / 4th / 5th / 6th choice of one male / female chihuahua puppy for a pre-deposit amount of $_____________ on _____/_____/_____. Signer(s) of this contract is/are the guarantor that said puppy will not be in any way, part of any caged kennel breeding program or puppy mill. (Country Charm Chihuahuas reserves the right to reposes any sold animal that is part of such and/or has been found to have been mistreated, malnourished,abandoned, or abused as reported by any agency of authority)
