YOU MAY ASK -- CAN I TRANSFER MY DEPOSIT? – TRANSFERABLE TO ANOTHER LITTER OR ANOTHER FAMILY MEMBER- MAY BE POSSIBLE IN CERTAIN INSTANCES! (This will be decided at our discretion)
YOU MAY ASK – IS MY MONEY REFUNDABLE --
NO IT IS NOT -DO NOT ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT UNLESS YOU ARE 100% SURE IT IS RIGHT FOR YOU!!

How our deposits work:
Here at Country Charm Chihuahuas, our most common deposit is our "Hold" deposit. This is a standard hold deposit. Once a litter is born, we will photograph and give them temporary names (just for identification purposes, you can change later if preferred, or, once you place a deposit, let us know and we will use yours if you already have a name chosen.) Once 'owners choice pick' as well as any other litter obligations have been filled, then you can choose from any remaining available puppies and place a hold deposit(s) for the one(or more if preferred) of your choosing. Once arrangements have been made, your deposit MUST be received immediately or your pick will be forfeited.
This deposit secures your puppy during the duration of growth. You will be contacted thought this time as your puppy grows up. You can make full or partial payments of any remaining balance, if you would like, during this time. Remember: any payments received will not be refundable. Should any puppy related issue arise, any payments or deposits received WILL either be transferred to another available puppy or future litter.
This “Hold” Deposit agreement is a contractual agreement between ____________________________ and Country Charm Chihuahuas for the deposit amount of $_____________ on _____/_____/_____. This is for the holding of one male / female chihuahua puppy marked as ______________________(color) which was born on ____/____/_______ and was given the temporary kennel name of ___________________. This puppy is expected to be able to be placed into your care not before _____/_____/_____(You will be notified if for any reason this date cannot be met), and will not be held more than 7 business days past said date without an agreement in writing(via e-mail, messenger, or text), unless a circumstance should arise that would in any way threaten the safety of said puppy.
Signer(s) of this contract agree that they know and understand that all deposits and/or payments may in certain cases be transferable(at our discretion) and are NON-REFUNDABLE, and also is/are the guarantor that said puppy will not be in any way, part of any caged kennel breeding program or puppy mill. (Country Charm Chihuahuas reserves the right to report and/or reposes without refund - any adopted animal that is part of such and/or has been found to have been mistreated, malnourished,abandoned, or abused as reported by any agency of authority)
